A note from us

How our AI helps —and where your vet still wins.

Pawssible is built to help you stay on top of your pet's health between vet visits. Here's exactly what our AI does, what it doesn't, and the one rule we never break.

If something is urgent, skip this page

Call a vet right now if your pet is showing any of these.

  • Trouble breathing or choking
  • Collapse, seizures, or paralysis
  • Severe injury or uncontrolled bleeding
  • Vomiting or diarrhea past 24 hours
  • Can’t pee or poop
  • Sudden disorientation or unresponsiveness
  • Suspected poisoning or toxin ingestion
  • Anything that genuinely worries you

Don't wait on AI. Call your nearest emergency veterinary clinic. Trust your instincts — you know your pet better than any algorithm ever will.

01 — What our AI does

A health companion, not a vet.

Pawssible's AI spots patterns in your pet's day-to-day — vaccination timing, weight trends, feeding logs, the questions you've been meaning to ask your vet. It can surface things worth a closer look, translate confusing medical notes into plain English, and help you remember the small stuff that adds up.

What it isn't: a licensed vet. It can't examine your pet, run blood work, or replace the judgement of someone who's spent years in a clinic.

It helps with

  • Vaccination & reminder schedules
  • Health log patterns over time
  • General pet-care questions
  • Pre-visit summaries for your vet
  • Translating medical notes

It can't

  • Diagnose conditions or diseases
  • Prescribe medications or doses
  • Run physical exams or lab tests
  • Triage emergencies
  • Replace your vet’s judgement

The one rule we never break

If something feels off, call your vet. Always. Pawssible is built around this rule — not in spite of it.

02 — Your part of the deal

We do our part. Here's yours.

For Pawssible to be useful — and safe — we ask a few things of you in return.

  • Treat AI replies as a starting point. Use them to ask better questions, not as final answers.

  • Don’t delay vet care because of an app. If your gut says something’s wrong, it usually is.

  • Keep your pet’s details accurate. Breed, weight, conditions — the AI is only as good as what it knows.

  • Share insights with your vet. Bring our summaries to appointments. They love this stuff.

  • Tell us when something’s off. Spot a wrong recommendation? Email us — it makes Pawssible better for everyone.

In one sentence

Pawssible is your pet's health companion, not a replacement for veterinary care. Your vet is the expert — trust them with your pet's health.

03 — The legal essentials

The fine print, kept short.

We've kept this section as short as we honestly can. Click through to expand the details.

UAE regulatory compliance

Pawssible is a health-tracking and informational tool — not a licensed veterinary clinic. Licensed veterinarians remain the sole authority for medical diagnosis and treatment in the UAE.

  • UAE Healthcare Law: we don't provide medical services or operate as a clinic.
  • Dubai Municipality: our pet-care content follows local standards.
  • Data protection: health data is handled under the UAE PDPL and GDPR.
  • Consumer protection: our terms comply with UAE consumer law.
Where responsibility sits

Medical decisions about your pet are made by you and your vet — not by an app. Pawssible isn't liable for outcomes that result from acting on AI-generated information instead of seeking veterinary care, for inaccuracies in AI replies, or for delays in treatment caused by relying on the app over a clinic.

Full liability and warranty terms live in our Terms of Service. By using Pawssible's AI features you accept those terms.

How our AI is built

Pawssible's AI is trained on general veterinary knowledge and the information you log about your pet. It doesn't see your pet, doesn't run tests, and doesn't have access to records from other clinics. It's accurate for common situations and noticeably less reliable for rare, exotic, or breed-specific conditions — so we always point you back to your vet for those.
