Insurance

Insured before the flight, insured after it.

Fewer than 1 in 10 pets in the UAE are insured, against roughly 3 in 10 in the UK. Moving country is the moment most owners finally sort it.

[ quick answer ]

Pawssible does not sell insurance. Leave your destination and your email and a licensed broker in the UAE or your new country contacts you with options. If you take a policy the broker pays Pawssible a referral fee; your premium is unchanged. No obligation.

Why now

Three moments people wish they had done it.

The records you gather for the move are the records an insurer asks for. That is the whole reason to do it now rather than later.

Before the flight

The pre-export examination is a full health check on paper. Insurers in the new country accept it as the baseline, so the policy can start the day you land.

The week you arrive

New vets, new prices, no history with any of them. Cover taken before arrival means the first unexpected visit is not also the first argument about cost.

Once you have settled

Older pets and relocation stress meet in the first six months. A policy arranged while the records are fresh avoids the pre-existing-condition exclusion later.

Request an introduction

Where is your pet going to live?

One email. A licensed broker replies within 2 working days with what is available for your destination and species. Nothing is charged, nothing is signed.

What insurers usually ask for

  • Microchip number and implantation record
  • Vaccination history with dates
  • A recent examination or health certificate
  • Age, breed and pre-existing conditions

What we are not

Not an insurer, not a broker, not an adviser. We make an introduction and disclose that we are paid a referral fee if you buy. Read any policy’s terms before you rely on it.

Records

The paperwork is already done.

Records keeps the microchip number, every vaccination date and the export examination in one place, and exports them as a PDF. Hand that to a broker and the questions are answered before they are asked.

Insurance questions

Does Pawssible sell insurance?

No. Pawssible is not an insurer or a broker. We introduce you to a licensed broker in the UAE or your destination, and if you take a policy the broker pays us a referral fee. Your premium is unchanged.

Why ask about insurance during a relocation?

Because the documents insurers ask for (microchip, vaccination history, recent examinations) are exactly what your relocation Plan produces, and a new-country policy is easiest to arrange while those records are fresh.

Which countries?

At launch, introductions cover the UAE, the UK, Australia and the USA. Others as brokers are added.

What does the broker need from me?

Your destination, your pet’s species, breed and age, and whether there are pre-existing conditions. The microchip and vaccination records come from your Plan or from Records.
