1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to

Pawssible ("Pawssible", "we", "us", "our") is a pet relocation planning service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website at https://www.pawssible.ai, the free relocation timeline, the free tools, the Records application, or by buying any paid product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact us any time at hello@pawssible.ai.

2. What Pawssible is, and what it is not

Pawssible plans and validates pet relocations out of the United Arab Emirates. We turn a destination authority’s published import rules into a dated sequence for your cat or dog, and on the paid tiers we check your documents against those rules and submit the MOCCAE export health certificate application on your behalf.

We are not a pet transport company. We do not carry animals, and at no tier are we present for the airport day ourselves; on Handoff a vetted third-party partner performs the physical work. We are not a veterinary service and do not give veterinary advice. We are not a government authority, an airline or a laboratory, and we cannot compel any of them to admit, clear or release your pet. Our guidance is based on published rules on the date shown on each page. Rules change and authorities exercise discretion. Nothing we provide is a promise that your pet will be cleared to fly, admitted or released from quarantine.

3. The free timeline, the free tools and the Records app

The relocation timeline, the calculators and checkers under /tools, and the Records application are free. The timeline runs in your browser: you enter your pet and your flight date and receive a verdict, the blocking step if any, the earliest feasible date and the first two dated steps, with no account required. Records lets you keep your pet’s health records, reminders and documents, and includes an AI assistant that offers general guidance only. The AI assistant does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a veterinarian; its scope and limits are set out in the AI disclaimer, which forms part of these terms for anyone using that feature.

4. The paid relocation products

We sell three one-time products. Each is a single payment, not a subscription, and each price includes UAE value added tax at 5 percent.

• Plan, AED 1,499. Software only. The full dated timeline for your pet and route, the document checklist with templates, deadline alerts, a line-by-line cost breakdown, a calendar export and a shareable PDF. We do not review your documents and we do not submit anything on your behalf.
• Assured, AED 3,499. Everything in the Plan, plus a document pre-check by a UAE-licensed veterinary partner at three checkpoints, submission of the MOCCAE export health certificate application on your behalf, WhatsApp support with a named reviewer, and the rule-error guarantee. We check your documents and submit your permit application. We do not manage your move.
• Handoff, AED 6,999. Everything in Assured, plus a vetted third-party logistics partner who supplies the IATA crate, books the cargo and handles the Dubai airport day, with one point of contact. Destination-side handling is arranged through the partner network and quoted separately. The partner acts as an independent contractor; their work is governed by the terms you accept with them.

Add-ons: extra pet on the same move AED 699; date change after the first free one AED 299. The first date change on a Plan is free. What each product includes and excludes is stated on its page and at checkout, and those statements form part of your contract.

5. Orders, payment and invoices

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. Pawssible does not see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when Stripe confirms payment and we send your confirmation. Prices are in United Arab Emirates dirhams and include VAT at 5 percent. You may add your company name and tax registration number at checkout for an employer relocation package; the tax document for your purchase is the Stripe invoice until our own sequential invoicing is in place. Strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) is applied where your card issuer requires it.

6. Refunds and the rule-error guarantee

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which is part of these terms. Separately, if a rule in the Plan you bought was wrong because our published rule was wrong on the day of purchase, and that caused a test, treatment or certificate to be repeated, the rule-error guarantee applies: a full refund of the Plan and the direct cost of redoing the affected item, up to AED 900. The guarantee is not a promise of clearance and has its own scope and exclusions.

7. Your responsibilities

The plan is only as accurate as what you tell us. You are responsible for entering your pet’s details, dates and status correctly, for attending every veterinary appointment, the MOCCAE examination and the airport yourself where the product does not cover them, and for acting inside the dated windows we give you. You must confirm airline acceptance and any breed or crate condition directly with the carrier before you book a flight. Missing a deadline in the plan, or entering details incorrectly, is outside the guarantee.

8. Accuracy of guidance and limitation of liability

We source every rule to an official authority page and show the date we read it. We do not warrant that authority rules will not change after your purchase, that an authority, airline or laboratory will exercise its discretion in your favour, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawssible is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including flights, accommodation, boarding, lost earnings, or any decision by an authority, airline, laboratory or veterinarian, nor for injury to or the death of an animal, nor for the acts of a third-party logistics partner. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid Pawssible for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Pawssible for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, do not scrape or resell our data or rule set, do not reverse-engineer the service, and do not upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may suspend or close access that breaches these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The site, the copy, the rule engine, the compiled rule data, the design and the Pawssible name and marks are owned by Pawssible or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The dated plan and documents we produce are licensed to you for your own pet relocation. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from the site or the rule set without our written permission. Source links point to the authorities’ own pages, which remain the property of those authorities.

11. Third parties

Pawssible relies on third parties including Stripe for payments, Resend for email, our hosting provider, the vetted logistics partner on Handoff, and the government, airline and laboratory pages we cite. We are not responsible for the acts, terms or availability of these third parties. Where a partner performs work for you, your contract for that work is with the partner, with our compliance layer on top.

12. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid product. The Records application is not intended for children under 13, and users under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s consent, in line with applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the version published on the date you paid. We show the effective date at the top of this page and will give notice of a material change by email or a prominent notice on the site.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. For any question, or before any dispute, contact us at hello@pawssible.ai.
