If we get a rule wrong, we make it right.
Every rule is sourced to an official authority page, dated, and reviewed by a UAE-licensed vet. If a step in your Plan was wrong because our published rule was wrong on the day you bought it, we refund the Plan in full and cover the direct cost of redoing the affected test, up to AED 900.
Covers errors in our data only. It does not cover rules that change after purchase, details entered incorrectly, missed deadlines, airline or authority discretion, or anything outside the affected test. This is not a guarantee your pet will be cleared to fly. No one can promise that. Full terms.

- Assured (AED 3,499). Full refund before the first document pre-check begins. Pro-rata after that, by checkpoint reached.
- Handoff (AED 6,999). Full refund before the partner is engaged. Partner-executed costs are non-refundable after that.
