Refund policy

Effective 4 September 2026. Applies to purchases made on pawssible.ai. Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, courts of Dubai.

1. Products covered

This policy applies to the Pawssible Plan (AED 1,499), Assured (AED 3,499), Handoff (AED 6,999) and the add-ons (Extra pet on the same move AED 699; Date change after the first free one AED 299). All prices are one-time and include UAE VAT at 5 percent. Records, the application, is free and no refund applies.

2. Refund rules by tier

  • Plan (AED 1,499). Full refund within 7 days if no document template has been downloaded and no calendar has been exported.
  • Assured (AED 3,499). Full refund before the first document pre-check begins. Pro-rata after that, by checkpoint reached.
  • Handoff (AED 6,999). Full refund before the partner is engaged. Partner-executed costs are non-refundable after that.
  • Add-ons. An extra-pet add-on follows the refund rule of the tier it was added to. A date-change add-on is non-refundable once the recomputed plan has been delivered.

"Pro-rata by checkpoint reached" means: after checkpoint 1 is complete, 66 percent of the Assured price is refundable; after checkpoint 2, 33 percent; after checkpoint 3, none. The Plan component of Assured and Handoff follows the Plan rule where the Plan has been used.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@pawssible.ai from the billing email with your invoice number. We confirm within 2 working days and refund to the original payment method, through Stripe, within 14 days of confirmation. A credit note referencing the original invoice is issued for every refund.

4. Rule-error guarantee

Separately from this policy, if a step in your Plan was wrong because our published rule was wrong on the day you bought it, we refund the Plan in full and cover the direct cost of redoing the affected test up to AED 900. Scope, exclusions and the claims process are at /legal/guarantee.

5. What is not refundable

Government, laboratory, veterinary, airline and partner fees paid to third parties are never refundable by Pawssible. A change in the destination's rules after purchase is not a defect in the product; the first date change is free and later ones are AED 299.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
