At launch: dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds, with full health profiles and vaccine schedules. Reptiles and small mammals get profile support in beta. Fish and advanced exotic care are coming later — we add species only when we have vet-validated data behind them.

Yes. All health records are encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with UAE PDPL and GDPR standards.

Yes. The AI assistant is free with daily message and scan limits. The limits are fair use — they keep the assistant fast and free for everyone, and they reset every day. It is guidance, not diagnosis; always consult your vet for medical decisions.

Not yet. Pawssible launches in English because the first relocation buyers are English-speaking expats leaving the UAE. Arabic is a deliberate later step, planned for when the inbound corridor becomes a priority. It is on the roadmap, not dropped.

Pawssible uses OpenAI’s technology with veterinary context to answer health questions and flag potential issues in your pet’s records. It is guidance, not diagnosis.

The relocation timeline, the free tools and the paid Plan, Assured and Handoff are live now on the web, with four corridors verified against the destination authority: the UK, India, Australia and the USA. Records, the free pet health app, opens to early-access members before its App Store and Google Play release. Care, the booking pilot, comes after Records ships.

Not yet. We are recruiting the first 10 founding vet clinics. Today you can save the clinics and vets you already visit inside Records; the in-app booking directory rolls out with the founding partners.

Four corridors are live today: Dubai to the UK, India, Australia and the USA. Every step on a live corridor links to the destination authority’s own page and carries the date we checked it. Vet review of the corridor data is in progress and no corridor is described as vet-reviewed until a named UAE-licensed vet has signed off in writing. Eight more destinations are being verified; you can leave your details on any of them and we will send your timeline the day it goes live.

Insurance-backed bookings are planned for a future release. During beta, every booking includes verified provider profiles, full booking records, two-way ratings, and direct support escalation.

It depends which part you use. The relocation timeline, the free tools and the Records app cost nothing. Pet relocation planning is paid and one-time: the Plan is AED 1,499, Assured is AED 3,499 and Handoff is AED 6,999, each including 5 percent VAT, with add-ons for an extra pet or a later date change. There are no subscriptions anywhere. Every price is published on the pricing page.
