The Philippines issues a Sanitary and Phytosanitary Import Clearance (SPSIC) online, valid 60 days. The pet must be at least 120 days old at application, ISO-microchipped, rabies-vaccinated at least 14 days before the application (a booster ships immediately), current on core vaccines given at least 14 days before, treated for parasites between 7 and 91 days before, and accompanied by a veterinary health certificate issued within 10 days of departure. Up to three animals; no quarantine when the papers are in order; fees are paid at the airport quarantine office.
