Saudi Arabia works through the Anaam platform of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture: register, apply for an import permit valid 30 days, attach the pet's identification with its microchip number, its vaccination record and a governmental health certificate from the UAE. Individuals may import two cats or two dogs every six months; the importer of a dog must be at least 30; pets must be at least four months old; Rottweiler, Boxer, Mastiff, Tosa, Bulldog and Perro de Presa Canario and their crosses are refused.
