If we get a rule wrong, we make it right
Every rule is sourced to an official authority page, dated, and reviewed by a UAE-licensed vet. If a step in your Plan was wrong because our published rule was wrong on the day you bought it, we refund the Plan in full and cover the direct cost of redoing the affected test, up to AED 900.

Who is the reviewer?+
A UAE-licensed veterinarian retained per review, named on your plan. Until the first vet has signed the corridor rules, this page says the review is in progress rather than naming someone who has not.
Do you come to the vet or MOCCAE with me?+
No. You take your pet to the clinic and to the quarantine centre examination. We make sure every document you carry is right, and we submit the MOCCAE application online on your behalf.
What does the guarantee actually cover?+
