Destination-side collection and clearance is arranged through the partner network and quoted for your airport before you commit.
If we get a rule wrong, we make it right
Every rule is sourced to an official authority page, dated, and reviewed by a UAE-licensed vet. If a step in your Plan was wrong because our published rule was wrong on the day you bought it, we refund the Plan in full and cover the direct cost of redoing the affected test, up to AED 900.
